  • Postal Compliance Services provides a marketplace of human service providers that can actually handle these mundane compliance tasks for you.

Physical mail is a greenfield use case for businesses to integrate AI into core operations. Mail remains the system of record for all major corporate compliance, finance and legal issues – particularly in highly regulated industries. We have built a unified physical and digital back office to let our customers focus on their core business and outsource everything else.

About the role

As Postal’s first Head of Growth, you will pioneer our marketing motion, shape our culture, and supercharge our growth. You will drive brand awareness and generate inbound leads for the sales team by running experiments and testing new channels. You’ll double down on what is currently working (SEO, partnerships) while experimenting with new growth levers.

Responsibilities

Own our existing channels

  • The majority of our deals come inbound through our content marketing, partnerships, word of mouth. You will be responsible for growing these pipelines.

Validate new growth hypotheses

  • We have many hypotheses we’d like to validate. You would execute on these independently to prove or disprove new channels.

Experiment to find new channels

  • There are many things we haven’t tried yet. You would experiment with new channels such as:
    • Linkedin, Twitter and social.
    • Paid acquisition
    • Webinars
    • In-person events
    • Expanded partnerships
    • And more.

Your KPI would be to drive X% of sign ups month-over-month.

Qualifications

  • 3-8 years of experience in a growth or acquisition marketing role.
  • Excellent technical written communication skills.
  • SEO experience.
  • Proven track record of past successes.
  • Metrics-driven & an experimental mindset.
  • Bonus points: Previous experience at a Seed, Series A or Series B startup.
